Our Pet Policy

• Fox Crest Apartments allows dogs and cats. 
• We welcome pets upon approval. A pet interview and vet records are required.
• There is a limit of 2 pets per apartment with a maximum combined weight limit of 100 pounds.
• We have breed restrictions and do not allow Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid, or any mix of these breeds. Property staff reserves the exclusive right to make the final determination as to the dog breed.

Pet Fees

• $350 fee (non-refundable) 
  
• $40 a month per pet
  
• Unauthorized pets found in your apartment home will be subject to a $500 monthly fee up until the date the lessee registers the pets and pays the required pet fees.
